Refunds

Custom historical ETF backtest reports are manually reviewed and prepared from user-submitted ETF symbols and allocation rules.

Before work starts

If you request a refund before work on the report has started, you are eligible for a full refund.

After delivery

Because custom reports are digital research deliverables, refunds after delivery are reviewed case by case. If the delivered report materially differs from the agreed scope, contact support within 7 days of delivery.

Not covered

Refunds are not provided because a historical backtest result is unfavorable, lower than expected, or does not support a user's preferred conclusion.
